We’re back! Birdiehunters finally returned after 4 months and how great was it to see everyone. In windy and icy conditions at Cape Schanck Micky Avery had a very impressive 37pts to pip Jimmy Abbott by a shot with Fants a further shot back filling the minor placings. The coveted NAGA was hotly contested with 4 players struggling to break 20pts with young Evan Stampe finishing with a paltry 13 pts.(I feel your pain Ev).Thanks to all who took the reigns for today and a special thanks to Earl for ALL his work over the years and especially the last year and a half. Great to see some old faces returning and Ansel is hopefully not far away as well. Lang Lang is up next for quite a few of us and our Ambrose day at Flinders is coming up in early December. The Matchplay final is decided with Pecky defeating Muzza in one semi final while Beaver went through on a forfeit. Once again great to see everyone for a hit and a beer .
