Well the year is done and dusted with our annual Ambrose day down at Flinders for our Xmas breakup. The day was hotly contested with the group of Jimmy Abbott, Paul O’Toole, Jeff Ornsby and Michael Rivette taking out the spoils in warm conditions. Congratulations to our NTP winners and a very big thankyou to our committee of Paul Murphy, Marc Wilson, Dicky Malane, Shane Infanti and Evan Stampe who took the reins this year and did a fabulous job. Also a special mention to our 3 major winners in Graeme Andersen (Club Champion),Danny Maher (Classic trip away) and Marc Wilson (Matchplay Champion)for their titles. We would like to wish everyone in the Birdiehunters family a safe and wonderful Christmas and an even better New Year and thank everyone for their support of the club and look forward to catching up in January details will be out shortly. We also wish a speedy recovery to our fearless leader Ansel and hope he is back playing with us shortly as well as Danny Maher who is recovering from knee surgery.
