Fine conditions today down at Moonah Links playing the Open course where after a 2 and a half year hiatus the grey haired old fool had a win compiling a solid 38pts to win from Jimmy Abbott on 34pts with Graeme Anderson a shot further back filling the minor placings.Dave Ornsby is now looking for an outfit to go with the pink hat after again winning the coveted NAGA award. In the semi finals of the Matchplay Marc Wilson pipped Rudi after finishing all square but progressing through on more Stableford points and Gary Anderson although wiping the first 3 holes managed to get through to the final against Pete Stilburn who was interstate. The Matchplay final is now set with Willo vs Ando at Heritage golf course next month. Look forward to catching up with everyone on September 18 at the Heritage for our next hit. Thanks to all our organisers again.
