Conditions were kind to us today playing the Open course at Moonah Links where Evan Stampe had an outstanding 40pts to easily account for 2nd placed Gary Ando with Pete Stilburn filling the minor placings on a count back. Congrats to all our NTP and Pro Pin winners. In the Matchplay final we saw an epic final where after finishing all square as well as st/ford points Gary Andersen won his first Matchplay title going on count back, back to the final 3 holes to pip Pete Stilburn in a great tussle
Well done to both of you! Thanks to everyone for making the Matchplay such a success this year with everyone’s support and thanks again to our wonderful organisers.Hope to see everyone for our next hit at Flinders Preliminary Final weekend. It was also great to see Graeme Andersen back on deck after a serious injury good to see you back!
